Weekly Menu Plan for June 14-20

This is our weekly menu plan for this week. We're back from our camping adventure and now it is back to working at home (plus a few days of training at school).

Sunday - eat at Mexican Restaurant

Monday - BBQ chicken, fresh green beans from the garden, new potatoes, fresh corn on cob

Tuesday - Grilled hamburgers, frozen fries, salad

Wednesday - Fresh pork roast and rice, butter beans, sliced tomatoes, creamed corn

Thursday - Fried fish, coleslaw, cheese grits

Friday - Spaghetti, garlic bread, leftover green beans
Saturday - Sandwiches or breakfast food

  2. Thanks for visiting my blog! I have been off for two week (one in jury duty)and it is strange for all of us to be home together (my hubby is a teacher, too). I usually don't take time off during their summer except to go out-of-town.

  3. Mmmm, Monday's menu sounds heavenly to me...especially those green beans and new potatoes! :) I love it when garden starts coming in!
